It seems like such a long time ago that the Green Bay Packers entered the 2015 season as one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl, bursting out of the gate with a 6-0 SU and 5-1 ATS record. Over their last 10 games, the Packers have gone a pedestrian 4-6 SU and ATS, getting blown out by Arizona on the road and losing at home to Minnesota in the team’s final two games of the regular season. Historically, the Packers have bounced back in spots like this with an 8-2-1 SU record in their last 11 games coming off of consecutive losses, but recent weeks have not been reassuring.
It was a hit from Dareus on New York Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick just after the two-minute warning that caused a pass to flutter in the air and be intercepted, the first of two picks thrown by Fitzpatrick in the final minutes of the game.
Broke my foot in the 4 qtr, but I had to finish the game for my team. I love Buffalo #Family #BillsMafia

The down year for Dareus was part of a step in the wrong direction for the entire Bills defense, which racked up 54 sacks in 2014 but just 21 in Rex Ryan’s first season coaching the team.
A win in Week 17 improved the Bills to 8-8, but that wasn’t nearly enough to keep up with the New England Patriots in the AFC East and also couldn’t keep Buffalo in the AFC Wild Card hunt. With no postseason run on the way, Dareus will have plenty of time to rehab his foot injury, which shouldn’t be a factor in the 2016 season.
